A very strange phenomena  was caught on camera  in England.

The camera was recorded by foreigners.

The video shows what appears to be a giant oval shape made of light behind the clouds, we also see the light flashing and moving while  making very weird noises we aren’t used to hear.

What could he be ? A portal opening ? Some kind of alien craft ?  Our own millitary “playing around” with some top secret technologies?
